Q- Is this a loan?
A- We are not issuing a loan. We give cash advances.
Q- What is the difference?
A- Loans require monthly payments, advances do NOT. We do not charge an interest rate, as is the case with loans. We charge a fee based on the risk we assume within the advance.
Q- What are the fees?
A- Each case is unique. Our fees are based on individual analysis of the value and risk of your case.
Q- How long does the whole process take?
A- That depends on the client and the attorney (in the case of lawsuit funding). It can happen as quickly as 48-72 hours.
Q- Is this legal and ethical?
A- Absolutely! In most states, the courts have determined that the business is legal.
Q- Are there up-front costs to the client?
A- No. You do not have to pay anything for applying and are under no obligation until the agreement is signed.
Q- Does my credit affect my ability to get a cash advance?
A- No. There are no credit checks. The case is the collateral. If the client loses the case, they owe us nothing.
Q- How do I get the money?
A- Federal Express overnight services or Wire transfer to your account.
Q- Does World Capital Funding Group handle Workman's Comp cases?
A- Yes, but only if there is a third party. As long as there is another party (a third party other than the employee) we will review the case.
